In commercial scenarios, there is a high concentration of people, especially in shops located close to the street. Automatic doors are prone to being triggered by mistake.

CNB-507X Automatic Door Motion Detector Security System, It combines the two main functions of the automatic door together, simultaneously fulfilling the automatic door opening function that detects when pedestrians approach, and also being able to identify whether there are any obstructions within the door's operating range, thus avoiding collisions or injuries to pedestrians.
In addition, it has a street mode for high-traffic environments. The motion detector sensor creates an sensing area by emitting infrared light. When the DIP switch is adjusted to the street mode, other infrared beams is invalid, leaving the infrared beams close to the door body effective. When a person approaches the automatic door and waves hand close to the door, the automatic door receives the signal, door is opening.

Q: What is an automatic door motion sensor?
A: An automatic door access control motion sensor is a device that automatically detects movement of people or objects near the entrance through technologies such as microwaves or infrared. It triggers the opening or closing of the door. Microwave motion sensor and infrared sensor have different characteristics and are suitable for different types of automatic doors and different scenarios. However, the important thing for a good motion sensor is high accuracy and low false triggering rate. These activation sensors are crucial for achieving contactless entry and exit and barrier-free access.
