Product Description
CNB-256 series, Carpet Mat Switch, suitable for all kinds of induction automatic door for motion use, especially for narrow space, street automatic door, 90 degrees flat door, etc.
The mat switch is made of a carpet and a receiver. The carpet mat is made of high quality PVC material, which is wear-resistant and compressive.Up and down mat are joint by high wave welded to make it more waterproof. In the center of square carpet mat, there is a round stainless steel box, which is used to store wireless transmitting circuit and prevent electronic circuit from being broken, so that the service life of the floor mat is longer.
It adopts 2.4GHz wireless frequency technology with strong anti-interference.Low power emission but long distance technology, battery life will be more longer.
The part with felt is an area that can be stepped on by the foot. When the foot steps on it, the door will be opened automatically. Simple and convenient without any hand touch. Wireless style, easy to install

Installation Guidelines
First, determine whether you are installing the wireless or the wired version of the floor mat.
Wired floor mats require a physical connection to the automatic door operator; this ensures that when someone steps onto the mat, their weight triggers the mechanism to open the door.
Wireless floor mats, conversely, do not require direct wiring themselves. Instead, they come equipped with a receiver that connects to the door operator. When the mat detects pressure, it transmits a signal; the receiver captures this signal and relays it to the automatic door operator, thereby activating the door and causing it to open.
Wireless models are best suited for environments where running cables is impractical or difficult, whereas wired models are recommended for environments prone to high levels of signal interference.
Secondly—specifically for wireless models—it is necessary to pair the transmitter with the receiver. Briefly press the "learning" button on the receiver; the blue indicator light will illuminate, signifying that the device has entered learning mode. At this point, step onto the floor mat; if the receiver's blue light flashes twice, the pairing process has been successful.
Finally, the floor mat system offers two selectable output modes: "Momentary Output" and "Latched Output." The system typically defaults to the Momentary Output mode; in this configuration—with the mode selection switch set to the "M" position—each time the receiver detects a signal from the mat, it generates an "open door" signal lasting approximately 1.5 seconds. When the mode selection switch is toggled to the "L" position for Latched Output, each signal received from the mat causes the output state to toggle (e.g., switching from an "open door" signal to a "close door" signal).
